New Hampton, New York, June 2, 2017. Balchem Corporation (NASDAQ:BCPC) today announced that it has acquired Innovative Food Processors (IFP), Inc., a privately held manufacturer of agglomerated and microencapsulated food and nutrition ingredients, headquartered in Faribault, Minnesota.
